I became interested in custom cake design when I had my children. The more special I could make their birthday cakes the better. After each birthday party I began thinking about the next. My Daughter is now 29 and my Son is 23 and I have 3 Grandchildren that I am allowed to prepare birthday cakes for. And to top that off, my Daughter’s best friend lives in Austin and I get to make her son’s birthday cake each year also. I am in Heaven! My talents originally were limited to my family and requests from friends. Through word of mouth and encouragement and support of relatives, I have opened a very special dream and it is called AlamoSweets.

Without everyone’s support this dream could not have become a reality. It is important that your special dream cake come true. I make a point of listening to what you want for your special occasion.
